I understand things come up and will do my best to work with you.

You can reschedule your appointment directly online at no charge. 

I will allow a first time cancellation anything thereafter will incur 50% fee of the full service price and you will not be able to make future appointments until it is collected.

LA's traffic is not ideal and you never know what kind of day it's gonna be even if you think it's a good one.

So, please allow yourself sufficient time to arrive to your appointment. There is plenty of street parking when arriving on time.

IF you are running late, please extend a courtesy email - at yvonne@loquibeauty.com. There is no number to call.

Anything more than 5 minutes late needs to be rescheduled or appointment will be shortened.

Please remember I have other clients who are scheduled and they may need to be somewhere. 

If you do not show up to your appointment you will be charged 100% of the service amount and will not be able to make future appointments unless it has been collected.

I love animals!

Due to the office size only ADA & ESA animals are allowed. I currently have an ESA dog in my studio so they must be able to comply with policy. Please contact studio prior to appointment.

No refunds for services rendered or products purchased.

Gift Cards are not refundable for cash. Gift cards don’t expire.

Rewards must be used by expiration date.
